The location of the hotel is great, with a huge park nearby, perfect for morning walks with a dog. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious, although the showers could be larger. the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options. There is also a restaurant downstairs with delicious food and beer.
Some staff members struggled with communication for non-local language speakers.

We stayed during the New Year's Eve celebration and we were impressed by the good breakfast variety and the cozy and warm room. The bathroom was large and the shower had a good water pressure. One of the best aspects was the staff's friendliness and helpfulness, which was greatly appreciated, especially during our stay in a quiet location close to the main road and with free and safe closed parking.
The TV channels were limited to Czech language, which was a pity. although we were able to communicate in English with most of the staff, one of the women at check-in was a bit terse and struggled with dealing with non-Czech and non-German speakers.

The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly during our weekend stay. the breakfast bar had a good variety and there was always tea and water available. the location was great, close to a big park, which was perfect for morning walks or runs with our dog. the parking area was safe and provided an RF chip for easy access.
The shower in the bathroom was too small, which was a bit inconvenient. the TV channels were limited to Czech language, with none in English or German, although this was not too important to us.
